i. On-site registration is available as well, however, for avoiding congestion at the onsite reception desk, all participants are kindly requested to complete registration and pay the registration fee in advance via our registration system.
ii. Registrant who made a registration as "Student" will be requested to show his/her student identification card at the onsite reception desk.

iii Each paper requires one General Registration (i.e., a Student Registration does not cover any papers). Each general registration covers a maximum of two papers and additional charge 50,000 JPY per one paper is incurred for more than two papers with one general registration.

iv All papers have page limits of 6 pages at maximum. Extra charge up to a maximum of 2 extra pages (i.e., 7 or 8 pages) is required.
Payment Procedure
Payment procedure can be made only by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB or American Express) via the NTA's online registration system.
Either credit cards or cash (JPY only) will be acceptable at onsite registration on the 30th and 31st of August. We accept the fee only by cash on the 1st and 2nd of September due to administrative reasons.
Receipt will be issued at the reception desk onsite.
Cancellation
Registration fee for all categories will be non-refundable on cancellation excluding unforeseen contingencies. (e.g. natural disasters)
